Sunset from the Rooftop: What June Looks Like at The Pearl

This was June 18th, captured from the Sunset Lounge on The Pearl's rooftop.
No filter. No render. The Pacific coast does this most evenings during rainy season — storms roll through in the afternoon and clear by late afternoon, and what's left is usually something like this: a sky working through gold, coral, and deep violet over the Jacó coastline while the air cools down and the pool below goes quiet.
The Sunset Lounge is an open rooftop terrace available to all Pearl residents. Wide enough to host a proper gathering, calm enough on an ordinary Tuesday to have entirely to yourself. It's the kind of amenity that looks good in a brochure and actually gets used — which isn't always the case.
The Pearl opens this summer. 36 residences. Built. Ready.
If you want to see it in person, a private tour takes about an hour.
